  • Overview

In this activity, Dr. Alireza Atri and Dr. Scott Turner discuss the evolving role of subcutaneous anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody therapy in early Alzheimer disease. The conversation compares intravenous and subcutaneous administration and focuses on maintenance dosing after 18 months of IV therapy, practical implications for patients and care partners, and the potential impact on infusion-center burden and treatment access. Dr. Dani Cabral then speaks with a patient living with Alzheimer’s disease, who shares his perspective on using the subcutaneous formulation in the broader context of disease-modifying treatment and long-term management.
